49-week term leases are available.  The lease runs from August 22nd until August 2nd

Individual leases for each room are available 

The utility bills (water, sewer, gas, electric) remain in the name of Donova Company

Tenants pay their own utilities

The utility bills are itemized and added monthly to the rent statement

In the case of separate leases, each tenant is only responsible for 1/3 of the utility bills, and for his or her rent
